# Ghaza Verification & Production Hardening Report

Verification date: 2026-10-12

This report records checks **actually executed** against the integrated production-hardening tree. Anything requiring unavailable Composer dependencies, MySQL 8/Redis services, real HTTPS/PSP credentials, Docker, or a staging load/restore target is explicitly not reported as passed.

## Integrated feature state

The tree contains the cumulative Laravel 13 system including multi/single-center mode, Student/Employee/Custom Consumer Groups, weekly reservation, cancellation policies, wallet/payment/accounting, meal packages, QR fulfillment, offline cashier/fulfillment, PWA, OTP/Bale/SMS options, inventory/procurement, financial approvals/day close/period lock, and standalone POS with guest mode, same-day meals, mixed payment, thermal receipts, hold/discount/void/shift reporting.

## Production hardening added

- isolated Redis logical databases/connections for cache, fast queue, long queue and sessions;
- bounded refresh of database-backed system settings in long-lived workers/scheduler;
- stricter production preflight checks for session encryption, Redis topology, trusted-host regexes, proxy policy, HTTPS and production secrets;
- hardened PHP runtime example (`display_errors=Off`, strict session cookies, OPcache, hidden exception args);
- hardened Nginx profile with source/backup-file denial, immutable Vite assets, non-immutable PWA metadata, version hiding and baseline security headers;
- read-only application/web container roots with tmpfs runtime paths, dropped PHP-container capabilities and `no-new-privileges`;
- bare-metal systemd worker/scheduler examples;
- source security audit for debug calls, env misuse, merge markers and likely committed secrets;
- production HTTPS smoke test;
- production certification/runbook, security-hardening and migration-review documents.

## Executed checks — PASS

- PHP source lint: **608 executable/source PHP files**, 0 syntax errors.
- Runtime contract verification: **PASS**.
  - route controller targets checked: **173**;

- GitHub Actions/Compose YAML parse: **PASS**.
- `package.json` and `public/manifest.webmanifest` JSON parse: **PASS**.
- all project JS modules plus `public/sw.js` syntax: **PASS**.
- hardened Nginx configuration syntax: **PASS** using local Nginx with the Docker upstream substituted by loopback for syntax validation.

## Preflight result in this packaging environment — EXPECTED FAIL / NOT A PRODUCT DEFECT

`php scripts/preflight.php` was executed. It correctly refused to certify this packaging host because the host lacks production PHP extensions (`curl`, `dom`, `mbstring`, `xml`, `intl`, `bcmath`, `zip`, `gd`, `pdo_mysql`, Redis) and because dependency lockfiles are absent.

This is evidence that the production gate is enforcing prerequisites; it is **not** reported as a production PASS.

## Release-blocking items still requiring a connected build/staging environment

1. Generate/review/commit **`composer.lock`** using Composer 2; run `composer audit --locked`.
2. Generate/review/commit **`package-lock.json`**; run `npm ci`, `npm audit --omit=dev --audit-level=high`, and `npm run build`.
3. Run the complete PHPUnit suite on **MySQL 8/InnoDB + Redis**, including MySQL concurrency tests.
4. Run Pint and PHPStan/Larastan.
5. Execute `config:cache`, `event:cache`, `route:cache`, and `view:cache` on the exact dependency-resolved artifact.
6. Execute staging k6 load testing against representative data/traffic.
7. Complete real PSP initiation/verify/refund/settlement acceptance with merchant credentials.
8. Complete HTTPS/PWA/mobile offline acceptance on real supported devices.
9. Complete coordinated DB + storage backup **and isolated restore drill**.
10. Review the 8 migration lock/compatibility warnings against a production-size clone before an upgrade of an existing database.

The authoritative procedure is `docs/PRODUCTION_CERTIFICATION.md`.

## Current classification

**Production-Hardened Release Candidate — not yet Production-Certified.**

Do not relabel the artifact as Production-Certified until every mandatory connected-runtime gate above is recorded as passed for this exact source/lockfile release.
